Boutique Jewelry Store.... Markman's.... Gorgeous ring... He's ALL I've ever wanted. I love you Jeff. 13 is our number. We've been together for 13 years, our first date was on Friday the 13th. He's the best man I've ever known. Still in the honeymoon phase ❤️👰🤵‍♂💍

So here's the scenario.... You're five years old Needs brain surgery. There are three surgeons available.

The first surgeon can be pompous and has no filter, but has a proven record of success...

The Second surgeon may be more likable and is also qualified, but has a tremor in their hand that the others in the department tried to hide...

And then you have the third Surgeon who completed medical school and is a surgeon, but never did one on their own because they didn't care enough to do it
