Bucks County Association for Retired & Senior Citizens The BCARSC is a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization representing four Senior Centers throughout Bucks County.

We are partially funded by the PA Dept of Aging, the Bucks County Area Agency on Aging, the Federal Food Program & our own projects.
