The “PHILLY IS TALENT” competition/expo will provide a platform for at risk youths to showcase their talent while making our community a better place by keeping our youths off the streets and occupied with a positive yet rewarding project. Youths from ages (13-25) perform and showcase their singing, dancing and rapping talents to the community and compete for a grand prize of $200 Cash and distinguished trophies.
