Billie Barnes, Chief Operating Officer, accepted the award. Clarifi works directly with CareerLinks providing financial counseling and support to clients looking for their next job. It’s an important partnership which recognizes that people in job transition may also be in turbulent financial waters. Having Clarifi at CareerLinks centers to augment wonderful work Philadelphia Works already does has been a great benefit to many individuals and families, and we consider this partnership one of the best examples of how we work together across Philadelphia. We are proud to share that Clarifi counselor Lorrie Graham was recognized as an outstanding counselor by PA Housing Finance Agency!

Lorrie, who has been serving Clarifi clients for nearly 30 years, was featured in PHFA's February counselor spotlight.

For decades, she has been a steady force guiding hundreds of individuals and families from financial hardship toward stability, confidence, and lasting change. Her deep knowledge of both client service and housing counseling makes her one of Clarifi’s most trusted and experienced counselors.

“My training period was during the housing crisis,” Lorrie recalls. “That experience shaped everything about how I counsel today—meeting people where they are, no matter their circumstances.”
