Wissahickon Village Cohousing Wissahickon Village Cohousing (WVC) is actively planning an urban cohousing community in Northwest Philadelphia to join us.

Wissahickon Village Cohousing (WVC) was formed in 2010 as a group of community-oriented people of diverse ages and family configurations towards forming a cohousing community in Northwest Philadelphia. We share a desire to live more ecologically, economically, and in closer connection with our neighbors. We are currently working with a local developer with the goal of renovating a church in the he

art of Mt Airy into our cohousing community. We invite additional members (singles, families, empty nesters, etc.)
