Shores of Grace Philadelphia - Shores Philly We share updates about our ministry in Philly where we bring the love of the Father to the streets.

Currently directed by Todd and Joanna Keim, and established by Luke & Alisan Billman, we are part of Shores Of Grace Ministries based in Brazil. Shores of Grace Ministries was founded in Recife, Brazil in 2010 by Nic and Rachael Billman. The focus of the ministry in Brazil is setting those in prostitution free and walking them through restoration, taking the love of the Father to the poor and brok

en and helping them see their true value, and equipping and serving the church. In January 2016, the announcement for Shores of Grace Philadelphia was made and plans were made to expand the ministry. Luke and Alisan Billman are the founders of this branch of Shores of Grace. As of 2025, Todd and Joanna Keim have stepped in to carry on the plans of the Billmans. The ministry's focus is to change the atmosphere in dangerous neighborhoods by bringing the love and light of Jesus to the people and showing them what a good, good Father we have. THANK YOU! This week we were able to purchase a freezer to store our water for the outreach at Hope Park so that we can take cold water in warm weather. We will also be able to store our freezer blocks that we use to keep the food cold.
We are able to do this thanks to donations from supporters and we are so grateful!
This past weekend we had a wonderful time at the park. We spent time with neighbors who shared that they feel the area is more peaceful lately.
We prayed for a friend we visit with each week and she is asking for prayer for freedom from addiction. She share with us a Bible story that she read that week and was so excited about the hope it gave her.

10 days!! We are so excited to go serve God in Recife Brazil. This trip will equip us to continue to join God in His work in Philly as well as give us an opportunity to serve in Brazil, and spend time with our missionary family. We still need to raise $1100 to cover our flight. Todd and I are covering our food, lodging and other travel expenses (background checks, transportation to and from JFK, passport renewal, etc) We appreciate any help you can give. Thank you to Glenside Bible Church for joining us today and supplying the food and drinks. The extra hands were such a blessing and enabled us to give out socks, oral hygiene kits and ponchos as well as our usual food. It also freed us up to care for a friend who came back for help after a relapse. We are so grateful to have new friends join us and for our faithful team from Summerfield Fishtown Church.
