30 Years Of Holding It Down In West Philly And Webby Is Finally Off Duty For Good! 🚔
Huge Congratulations To Officer Lawrence "Webby" Webb On His Retirement From The 16th District. Three Decades Of Service Is No Joke, But You Always Brought The Best Energy To The Department. The 16th Won’t Be The Same Without You Around, Webb. Thanks For Everything You’ve Done For Philly. Now Go Enjoy Sleeping In, Skipping The Paperwork, And Living It Up On Your Next Journey. You’ve More Than Earned It! 🎉🫡 👏🏽🥺
