Most of the action is at www.sailmed.org. For example, our video presentation of Aegean Cargo Sailing went over well at Yale University's Hellenic Center on Dec. 14th.

Our seas and air can be free of shipping pollution (dirty bunker fuels, black carbon, etc.). The wind should be harnessed to sail cargo. The maritime shipping industry is terribly outdated. Tourists and consumers can drive forward change. The Greek products that we showcase are awesome.

As to the latest oil spill in the Aegean Sea, isn't it time to get away from oil dependence? Let's use truly clean, truly renewable sail power.
"Accidents" are inevitable, so when people keep driving and buying long-distance shipped goods, they assure oil spills.

Very soon a new batch of Rum barrels will be emptied and put available to excited and adventurous brewers and distillers! Barrels taken from France, Porto and the Caribbean which sailed precious rum for many months around the ocean...

After sailing thousand of miles it's time for a refit of our good ship Tres Hombres. She can use some tender, loving care. The upcoming months an amazing group of volunteers will take care of her.
