Our new Student Ambassador Band lineup took the stage for their very first performance at Philly Youth Music Fest! 🎸🎤

They leaned on each other and crushed it! 💥 We're so proud of their hard work and were happy to be a part of such a wonderful event alongside so many talented young artists and musicians.

Featured student (now graduate!) Adessa recently shared her story on 6abc news, speaking about her experiences at school and how Rock to the Future helped shape her journey. 🎶

She was joined by our instructors and MusiCore Manager, Jaylen Jordan, to highlight what we do and the impact that music education can have on young people's lives.

🎓🎶 We're proud to celebrate two incredible graduates who received additional scholarship awards at our Year-End Showcase!

👏 Congratulations to Mason, recipient of the D'Addario Foundation Scholarship! Each year, the D'Addario Foundation awards just 10 renewable college scholarships to students from its partner music programs, helping young musicians continue their education for up to four years.

🌟 Congratulations as well to Chase, the second-ever recipient of the Georgie Bonds Scholarship! Made possible through our partnership with the Justamere Foundation, this $10,000 scholarship honors the legacy of the late Philadelphia blues legend and one of the original Black cowboys, Georgie Bonds.

We're so proud of Mason, Chase, and all of our amazing graduates. We can't wait to see where their journeys take them next! 💙🎸

🎥 We had an incredible time filming this PSA with Visit Philly and Philadelphia Eagles offensive lineman (and talented singer!) Jordan Mailata!

As part of Philadelphia's 250th anniversary celebration, Visit Philly is highlighting organizations making a difference across the city, and we're honored that Rock to the Future was selected.

We also got to bring back "Philly Thing," the original song we collaborated on with The Bacon Brothers in 2022. Even better, one of our students has songwriting credits on the track and continues to earn royalties from it! 🎶

Yesterday, our team participated in a restorative justice workshop with Let’s Circle Up!

A big thank you to Felix and Ray for creating a space where we could learn, reflect, and think together. These conversations help strengthen our community and deepen our commitment to building supportive environments for our young people.
