• Philip Doucette, MA, MM, CCC-SLP: Making Smart Choices for High-Demand Voices
Philip Doucette is a Speech Language Pathologist, Voice Therapist, Singing Voice Specialist, and educator with extensive experience helping performers recover from and prevent vocal injury. His workshop offers practical, proactive tools for vocal health tailored to singers, teachers, speakers, and anyone whose work depends on their voice.
• Derrick Goff: The Italian Libretto
Derrick Goff is Associate Artistic Director of Teatro Nuovo, co-founder of Bel Canto Boot Camp, and an alumnus of the Metropolitan Opera Lindemann Young Artist Development Program. His session explores the language, structure, and stylistic nuances essential to singing Italian operatic repertoire with clarity and confidence.
• Jonah Godfrey: Building Physical Characters
Jonah Godfrey is a Philadelphia-based director, actor, educator, and movement-driven theater-maker with training from Pig Iron and Emerson College. Drawing from Lecoq-based physical theater techniques, his workshop helps performers build more vivid, embodied storytelling through movement and gesture.
• Rachelle Jonck: The Basics of Bel Canto + The Audition Checklist
Internationally renowned coach, pianist, and conductor Rachelle Jonck has worked with major conservatories, opera programs, and artists across the United States, Europe, and South Africa. Her workshops explore both the technical foundations of the bel canto tradition and the strategic realities of today’s audition landscape.
