We were proud to celebrate the dedicated employees across our Operations Division who help ensure our schools are safe, welcoming, and ready for learning each day.

Alongside Superintendent Tony B. Watlington Sr., Ed.D., Deputy Superintendent of Operations Oz Hill, and Chief Operating Officer Teresa Fleming, we recognized the outstanding teams in Transportation Services, Capital Programs, Facilities and Maintenance, Food Services, and Environmental Services for their contributions throughout the 2025-2026 school year.

Thank you for your hard work, dedication, and commitment to supporting our students, staff, and school communities. Your efforts make a difference every day.

We were proud to gather at this year’s End-of-Year School Leader Celebration to honor the principals, assistant principals, and district leaders whose dedication, passion, and leadership helped make the 2025-2026 school year a success. We were especially excited to recognize our Lindback Award recipients, first-year principals, doctoral degree recipients, and others who achieved significant milestones throughout the year.

We are grateful for the impact our school leaders make every day and proud of all they have accomplished. Thank you for your unwavering commitment to our students, staff, and families. Together, we are building a brighter future for Philadelphia’s children.

πŸŽ‰ Join us in celebrating Jabree Oberlton!

A talented entrepreneur with a thriving passion for cosmetology and nail artistry, Jabree seamlessly blends creativity with rigorous ambition and has already mastered the discipline required to run a business. This fall, Jabree will bring her unique perspective, sharp analytical skills, and drive to Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP), where she will major in Pre-Law on her journey to becoming a transformative voice in the legal system.
