MEET YOUR STAFF: Co-Booshway - Hudson Hughes II

For those who don't know me already, I'm Hudson Hughes II. I'll be co-Booshway for the event this year. I've been attending rendezvous for 37 years and have been on staff with Lancaster since 2004—first as a Dog Soldier, then as Captain of the Watch. I'm that guy who reminded you to cover up your modern items or to express your excitement a little more quietly when it was well past midnight.

I have a wife and four children—two girls and two boys. It's because of them that I wanted not just to remain on staff, but to actively help lead this event and become co-Booshway, to continue keeping rendezvous alive. I want it to be one of their fondest childhood memories, just as it was for me growing up.

Alexander J. Pochek, 78 of Manalapan, NJ passed peacefully on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at RWJ University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. Al was born in Perth Amboy and raised in Woodbridge, where he resided for most of his life before moving to Manalapan 17 years ago. He was a
