Abramson Senior Care believes in the power of partnerships to expand our mission. We're excited to announce Abramson Senior Care and Jewish Family & Children’s Service (JFCS) have signed a Term Sheet for a Merger. This potential merger connects the complementary strengths and expertise of both organizations, each with a deep-rooted history of service, compassion, and commitment to the most vulnerable Jewish seniors in the Philadelphia region.

Together, Abramson and JFCS will offer an even wider array of programs and social services in Greater Philadelphia for older Jewish adults and their caregivers.

Most importantly during this transition, there will be no interruption in Abramson’s extraordinary and relied-upon Care Management services.

We also are delighted to announce that Abramson’s current President & Executive Director, Robin Brandies, has been hired as the new, incoming President and CEO of JFCS, effective September 1, 2025.
