TEARS USA Our mission is to support and contribute to the economic and personal development of “At Risk” youth and young adults.

Vision: Our vision for this community is to make a difference in “One Life At A Time”. We aim to eliminate homelessness, hunger and poverty in our community; Then, replace it with shelter,provision, and resources that will bring about change in the lives of those we service. Founder: Belinda Slaughter is a Pastor, wife and mother. As a single mother of two boys; Belinda has always had a heartbeat

for young people. She was known as a mother to many of the youth in her community. Belinda has worked as a consultant providing Personal and Career Development in many of the homeless shelters in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties. She also served as a trainer for Career Link and the Welfare to Work Program.
