Welcome to October- Breast Cancer Awareness -Pink Wheel
This year Ted Bakis, our Real Man Candidate, is wearing pink AND we are all raising money for a cause that has impacted so many of us. We are excited to introduce the Pink Wheel! What is the Pink Wheel?
For the month of October, we are going to have an ongoing wheel. We are asking that people reach out for a space on the wheel ($20) in honor, memory or support of someone impacted by cancer. For example, I’ll buy a space for my mom who had breast cancer and Aldo will buy a space for his late wife Nickie. And there is no limit to how many times one person can be honored.
We will not cap out the wheel and will spin it closer to the end of the month. Further, we will shuffle the wheel a few times and will allow for “neighbor” wins. When we spin, if you win, your neighbors on the wheel will also win something. Let’s honor those special to us and fill up this wheel. We will light it up PINK and will spin at the end of the month. Please either comment in this post OR message any of us: Me (Melissa Cipriotti), Aldo Cipriotti or Ted Bakis if you’d like to have a space on the wheel. No limit to how many you have. You can venmo us or give us money when you see us and you will be entered into the contest to win! $20 for the first space and $15 for each additional space. Each space is a chance to win a prize to be determined and that will not cap.
