Who won a federal law suit concerning individuals buried according to there religious belief and there bodies not burned like NJ was doing to there state prisoners. My young brothers. Trust the process is difficult to rely upon due to the lack of diligence ascertaining the truth! Pa Spreme Court changed the sentencing guidelines 1974 purposefully to imprison more people to meet the requirements of the 🆕 Private Prisons Industry. SCOTUS 2012 - ruled that a sentence of mandatory life for juveniles was unconstitutional under the Eighth Amendment U.S. Constitution it took 5 years to process and release them and some still are imprisoned from the 60’s 70’s. Will we see the same long drawn out “trusting the Process” again in Pa legislature pending House Bill 2296? J.U.S.T.I. C.E. (Just using someone to increase correctional expenditures). It starts off early (discipline) when your opponents is still under the covers.
