The Political Leader of the Citizens Movement for Change, Hon. Musa Hassan Bility, has made an initial and meaningful contribution of 300 bags of cement toward the development of the Sarkonedu School project.

However, following the Governmentโ€™s decision to assume full responsibility for completing the main school facility, Mr. Bility has strategically and graciously redirected his contribution toward the construction of a modern, well equipped Teachersโ€™ Quarter that will strengthen the overall foundation and sustainability of the institution.

This facility will be purposefully designed and built to provide comfortable accommodation for teachers and administrators serving at the proposed Sarkonedu School.

We extend our profound appreciation to Mr. Bility and his team for their generosity, leadership, and continued commitment to advancing academic excellence in Sarkonedu and its surrounding communities.

Greetings, we regret to announce the sudden passing of one of the sons of Sarkonedu, Amadi Varlee from the household of the late Oldman Jongbehmoh. He was one of his youngest sons.
As a result, we ask that you kindly offer him words of prayer for Allah to forgive his sins and grant him Paradise.
Verily, we belong to Allah and Him, we shall return.

With deep sadness, we announce the passing of the PTA Chairman of Sarkonedu Public School and a proud son of Sarkonedu, Hon. Jerry Kamara, who passed away early this morning in the Republic of Guinea and has since been buried.

He died on Saturday, December 24, 2025 in Guinea.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to all Sarkonedukas especially the bereaved family for this great loss. May Allah forgive his shortcomings, grant him Jannatul Firdaus, and give strength and comfort to his family during this difficult time.

The leadership and people of Sarkonedu and the wider Quardu Gboni District are filled with excitement and extend their heartfelt thanks to President Joseph Boakai, through the Minister of Education, Madam Jarso M. Jallah, for visiting Sarkonedu Public School.

This visit reinforces the commitment to completing the school and marks the groundbreaking for another high school in our sister town, Barkedu.

If realized, these projects will finally end the decades-long high school drought in this part of Lofa. We remain deeply grateful to our local and national leaders for their farsighted vision and dedication.

We firmly believe that quality education will empower the next generation to achieve more for Sarkonedu, for Quardu Gboni District, and for Liberia as a whole.

Due to a shortage of chairs caused by the rising number of students, the Parents Teachers Association of Sarkonedu Public School, through its Chairman, Hon. Jerry Kamara, today presented 50 benches and 12 tables to the schoolโ€™s administration.

The donation marks a significant milestone as the institution continues to grapple with an influx of students each academic year.

The School authorities described the gesture as a welcome relief that will enhance learning conditions and ease pressure on classroom facilities.
