The Ahmad Butler Foundation was honored to surprise Ashton Tucker and his family with a special LEGOLAND Florida experience through our Wonderful Distractions program, made possible with the generosity of Merlin’s Magic Wand.

Ashton is courageously battling Ewing sarcoma, and we hope this special family experience brings moments of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories together.

Thank you to Merlin’s Magic Wand for helping make this possible for Ashton, his sister, and his parents.

Pediatric cancer is not rare to the families living through it every single day. It is underfunded, overlooked, and urgently needs national attention.

That’s why we are asking everyone to help raise their voice.

📞 Call the U.S. Capitol Switchboard at (202) 224-3121 and ask to be connected to your Congressman or Senators.

Tell them to urge federal leaders to recognize pediatric cancer as a NATIONAL HEALTH EMERGENCY and to take immediate action for better research, treatments, funding, and support for children and families.

One phone call may not seem like much, but thousands of voices together can create change.

Please share this post. Speak up for the children and families who cannot fight this battle alone. 💛

Founded by Margie McClarin after her breast cancer diagnosis in 2011, Beat It Beads creates and donates meaningful bracelets—often called “Beat It Bead’s Basket” bracelets—to individuals facing breast cancer as a symbol of hope, strength, encouragement, and empowerment.

Their mission is a beautiful reminder that even the smallest act of kindness can help someone keep fighting.
