Please park at the Welcome Center when you arrive. See the accompanying map for help navigating the property.

Folding chairs will be provided for audience members, but you are welcome to bring your own chair if you prefer.

🌧️ In the event of inclement weather, the performance will be moved indoors to the Welcome Center’s Event Space.

Meet the cast and creative team of Romeo & Juliet!

Jaeden Reppert - Friar Lawrence/Gregory

Jaeden is thrilled to be involved in this project and getting to act in another Shakespeare play! This is the first time he has ever replayed a role, having played Friar Lawrence in his high school senior year production of Romeo and Juliet.

An actor both in the Lehigh Valley and Scotland, he has had a blast bringing this story to life. Previous credits include Claudius /Ghost, Hamlet (Reclaimed PAC); Caliban, The Tempest (Reclaimed PAC); Porter / Seyton /Sergeant, Macbeth (Reclaimed PAC); Nick Bottom, A Midsummer Night’s Dream (ThePlayers); Caiaphas / Judas, Princes Street Easter Play (Cutting Edge Theatre); and in the Edinburgh Festival Fringe as Jockey Stewart, Whisky Galore (Edinburgh People’s Theatre). He dedicates this performance to P.M.M.C. and Pip. Break a leg everyone!

Meet the cast and creative team of Romeo & Juliet!

Emilie Gubler- Director

Emilie is an Actor/Director in the greater Philadelphia area. She is honored to bring Shakespeare to the community in the form of this beautiful and timeless play. There is something so magical about experiencing Shakespeare outside under the open sky; in full view of the heavens and all who came before.

Though many consider Romeo and Juliet to be a romance, it has roots in violence and societal discourse. Two families, fueled by an ancient grudge, are incapable of reconciling their differences, and all the violence that occurs is a result of their unchecked fear and hatred. Now doesn't that sound familiar?

We live in a world that is so utterly divided. Sometimes it seems as though we'll never mend the rift; that it can only continue to grow, fueled by fear and uncertainty. This play explores the consequences of such a world. A world that is torn apart by fabricated division and unchecked conflict.

Can love thrive in such a world? I like to believe it can. But only if those who cling to hatred find a different path. One with more compassion; more patience; more understanding. Only then can the world know peace.

Chris Donahue - Stage Manager

This is Chris’ 4th time as a stage manager and second time doing a show with Little Theater. He’s grateful to be part of such a welcoming and talented time. Chris has also done theater with groups like Playcrafters, Dutch Country Players, and Laymen Playmen. When he’s not doing theater, Chris enjoys having a good time with his friends and family. Enjoy the show.
