Last chance to register for our Martin Luther King Open House! Registration closes Monday!

This is a resilience and storytelling space for people who are craving rest, and for people who are craving strategy—especially in a time marked by ongoing crisis, pressure, and uncertainty.

Join us for a 90-minute, free (or pay-what-you-wish) virtual workshop centered on work and rest, breath, storytelling, listening, and reflection. This is a space to pause, reset, and leave with practical tools for caring for yourself in this moment.

Register by noon on Monday and we’ll send you everything you need to participate.

Come as you are.
Leave grounded, resourced, and reminded that you are not alone.

This MLK Day, we’re creating space to slow down, breathe, and tell the truth about our stories.

In Letter from Birmingham Jail, Dr. King writes:

“When you suddenly find your tongue twisted and your speech stammering as you seek to explain to your six-year-old daughter why she cannot go to the public amusement park… and see ominous clouds of inferiority beginning to form in her little mental sky…”
That moment — when our words stumble and our bodies tighten — is where mindfulness and storytelling meet.

It’s where resilience begins.

Join us for a 90-minute Open House, where we explore how our earliest cultural and racial stories shape the way we move through conflict, stress, and justice work today.
