For the first time ever, the Deaf community was included in our Trauma Healing workshop. Grateful for every voice and every sign that made this historical workshop possible.

“Accessibility in practice 💛
Day 2 of 3 done: Bhest & Pastor Ncube voiced the skit, and Phumlani & Bongani signed it in Eswatini Sign Language so every participant could engage. We completed Lesson 3 & 4 with our 16 participants.
One more day to go.

“Day 1 of 3 complete! ✨ 💙
Today, Comfort for Africa welcomed 16 participants to our Trauma Healing workshop, including 6 members of the Deaf community — the first ever Trauma Healing session for the Deaf community in our program. With Phumlani interpreting, we explored the core lessons of trauma together in a safe, inclusive space.
The journey continues through Wednesday💙 Thanks to Zion Bible College to allow us to use the Hall.
