How can we continue fostering environments where people feel supported, heard, and empowered while adapting to these shifts?
This session will explore how leaders, ERGs, and affinity spaces can respond thoughtfully to changing DEI landscapes while continuing to build safe, inclusive, and equitable environments for all. Attendees will gain insight into navigating challenges, encouraging meaningful dialogue, and sustaining community-centered spaces in uncertain times.
