✨ Serving Our Community, One Vision Screening at a Time! 👀💙

The Peshtigo Lions Club recently screened 115 students at the Peshtigo Elementary Learning Center, helping ensure local children have the clear vision they need to learn and thrive.

Over two days, 10 dedicated Peshtigo Lions volunteers used Spot Camera technology to provide quick, kid-friendly screenings—identifying potential vision issues early and supporting the Lions’ global cause of Vision.

A huge thank-you to the amazing PELC staff for their partnership and to our Lions members for showing what service from the heart truly looks like. 💛🦁

Together, we’re helping build a stronger, healthier future for our children!

The Peshtigo Lions Club recently gathered at the Lions Recreation Area to honor the memory of longtime member Lion Bill Clement with the planting of a memorial tree. Remembered for his dedication to service, kindness, and unwavering commitment to the Lions’ motto, “We Serve,” Lion Bill gave countless hours to strengthening both the club and the Peshtigo community. The newly planted tree will stand as a living tribute to his legacy, providing beauty, shade, and a lasting reminder of his spirit for years to come. Surrounded by family, friends, and fellow Lions, stories of his humor, compassion, and impact were shared, reminding all of the joy and strength he brought into their lives. May this tree inspire everyone who visits to carry on Lion Bill’s legacy of service and community.

The Peshtigo Lions Club partnered with The Salvation Army to assist with a food distribution event at the YMCA in Menominee, Michigan. Volunteers helped organize and distribute food provided by Feeding America to local families in need.
