Thank you to F3 Black Swamp for hosting the 6th Annual Red Ryder Cup and raising an incredible $10,597 for The Program, Inc.!

F3 stands for more than Fitness, Fellowship, and Faith, it’s about leadership, service, and showing up for your community.

The men of F3 Black Swamp continue to put those values into action, and we are incredibly grateful to be on the receiving end of that commitment.

These funds will directly support our work with young people and families, creating opportunities for growth, guidance, and brighter futures.

To everyone who organized, participated, donated, and supported the Red Ryder Cup: thank you for believing in our mission, joining our journey, and investing in our community.

🚨 NEW WORKOUT SITE LAUNCH: Holland / Springfield 🚨

Men of Holland and Springfield—it’s time to level up.

There’s a brand new workout option on Tuesday mornings! We had an incredible turnout of 17 guys for our launch last week, and the momentum is just getting started.

If you are looking to push your physical limits, get dynamic leadership experience, and connect with a solid group of local men, this is your invitation.

F3Toledo is stepping up and locking arms with the community to celebrate the halfway point for the Riverwalk! Watershed Weekend is a celebration of the progress made to reclaim the river and reconnect our city!

💥 Beatdown with F3 Black Swamp

We are crossing regions and combining forces for an epic evening convergence. Come experience the world-class Downtown Metroparks alongside your F3 brothers.

Every Wednesday and Friday the men of F3 Black Swamp meet for coffee and book study. Open to all men.
Always free.

We meet at Cedarcreek Church in Whitehouse on Wednesdays and at the Fort Meigs YMCA on Fridays.

Some golf tournaments are just about getting out on the course.

This one is about showing up for something bigger.

On August 15th, the Sixth Annual Red Ryder Cup brings together people from all walks of life for a great day of golf. But what really matters is what it supports.

Through The Program Inc., young men are learning what it means to grow, lead, and make better choices for their future.

And honestly, that kind of impact doesn’t happen by accident. It happens because people just like you decide to get involved.

Maybe that looks like grabbing a few friends and putting together a team.

Maybe it’s your business to step in as a sponsor and stand behind something meaningful.

Either way, it’s more than just a round of golf.

It’s a chance to invest in young men in your community who need guidance, consistency, and someone in their corner.
