Perry Lions Club Perry Lions Club meets every 1st and 3rd WEDNESDAY of the month at Cherokee Pines Golf and Fitness Center at 12 noon.

Lions, frequently known as "knights of the blind," focus on programs and services for the blind and visually impaired. Lions work to end blindness and support health programs to control and prevent diabetes and diabetic retinopathy, the leading cause of vision loss in working-age adults in industrialized countries. Lions also focus on hearing by arranging screenings, recreational camps for the dea

f and hearing aid recycling programs for children and adults. Perry Lions have collection boxes for used glasses in good repair, hearing aids and cell phones at the following Perry locations: in the lobby at Perry City Hall, at Crossroads Family Eyecare (Dr. Paul Smith), Advanced Eyecare Center (Dr. Matt Dixon) and Walmart Vision Center.
