Ben Sadler was never supposed to be a top producing realtor. Yep, you read that right! And then, when life said it was time, he dove in head first.

I was born and raised in the part of North Florida that smells like Johnson’s Bakery on a crisp Saturday morning.

Shopping at Governor Square Mall, cousins in Mayo, fishing out of Keaton, dinner at Roy’s, tubing on the Suwannee, floating the Ichetucknee, camp at Cherry Lake and the festivals, aalll the festivals; Watermelon, Pine Tree, Blue Crab, Sugar Cane, you name it. The FSU vs UF rivalry you were born into. I could go on and on 🫠

And, I actually started kindergarten in Alachua County. 😅 This whole region is part of who I am.

Outside of work, I’m usually trying to finish a cup of coffee while a kid hangs off my leg and another wants to know where we’re going next. With four kids, from teenagers to a 1 year old, there’s always something going on. Give me a front porch with nowhere to be, a morning in the woods or a day on the water, and I’m happy. We’re big on exploring and getting everybody outside together.

I’ve spent more than a decade in real estate, and I take the trust people place in me seriously. I care about keeping my word, following through and helping people reach their goals.
