Get ready for an incredible day of fellowship, connection, and fun at the Word on the Street Marketplace hosted by Pure Joy Ministry and Outreach and Grace for Eternity! Bring your family, invite your friends, and come be part of something truly special.

Prayed up. Packed up. Headed into the streets. Making Wednesday rounds, checking on our sheep.

You know our adversary is compared to a roaring lion in the Bible. I’ve studied lions. They are sort of lazy calculated creatures. Always aims for the wounded or the ones separated from the pack. The presence of a human deters many attacks from ever happening.

Don’t isolate. Fight the urge to separate. Go find the lost and hurting today and share your light. Share the gospel. And if nothing else; share your presence. You never know what attacks were deterred because you just showed up today for someone.

A phone call came completely out of nowhere. A coroner called to say they had found someone who had passed away, and the only clue they had was Trey’s bracelet. They couldn't even tell if it was a man or a woman at first, and our stomachs dropped. Even before knowing who it was, we were just sick with worry and grief.

Then we found out it was our buddy, Andrew.

Andrew didn’t have any family around here. We only knew pieces of his background, the full story of where he came from and how he got to Macon was mostly a mystery to us. But what we did know was that he was just full of joy and had the sweetest spirit.

And man, that brother loved the Lord.

Whenever he could get his hands on a guitar, he would just start praising. The coolest thing was watching his fingers, even when there wasn't an instrument anywhere near him, his fingers would still be moving, strumming away to whatever song was playing in his head. He just had a heart built for worship, and he was always singing Amazing Grace.

Heaven definitely gained a beautiful soul. We are so honored we got to know him. We know we'll see him again one day, and in his honor, here is a throwback to his absolute favorite thing to do-praising away with Amazing Grace.

You're going to be missed, buddy.

Praise God, for He is always faithful and He is always moving to pull His children closer to Him!

Not only has He brought her completely off the streets, transforming her life, and walking with her through the hard work of rehab, she has now stepped forth to boldly proclaim her faith publicly and has been baptized by water!

All of heaven is rejoicing, and we are right beside them celebrating this incredible victory!

Hallelujah! 🙌✨JESUS IS KING! HOLY SPIRIT DRAW THEM DEEPER. ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

Praise The Lord!

One more is officially off the streets-hallelujah! 🙌🙌

We praised Jesus leaving the detox center and all the way until she got on the bus to start her brand new journey.

What a truly unforgettable day it has been getting to witness her faith firsthand. From the moment we arrived at the station until the very second she stepped onto the bus, she walked all through the waiting room praising God, telling everyone how good He is, and testifying to His goodness the whole entire time!

"God is so good!" was her message to anyone who would listen.

Please keep Melanie in your prayers as she heads into this next chapter. God is going to do great and mighty things through her life, and we cannot wait to see the testimonies that come from it! 🙌✨💖
