Way to go students!

On September 19th, 5 of our members represented the state of Illinois and competed at the Big E Milk Quality & Products FFA CDE in Springfield, Massachusetts. Our members went up against some of the top teams in the Eastern United States as they judged milk, cheese, and other dairy products.

As a team, we finished 3rd while individually, Kolten Koehn placed 6th and Chelsea Bennett placed 8th! Also competing was Asher Brandau, Trenton Koehn, and Bronson Schilling.

A big thank you goes out to our FFA Alumni for supporting this big of a trip for our members!

These students continue to do amazing things!

Recently, our Peotone FFA program was recognized for an outstanding summer filled with achievement and success! We are incredibly proud of our students and the commitment they demonstrated throughout the summer.

A special congratulations goes to our FFA Advisors, Mrs. Abby Jacobs-Cowger and Mr. Dakota Cowger, for their leadership and guidance, as well as to all of the students who represented Peotone FFA with excellence!

Students are out! Go support their SAEs at the Peotone Market on Main Street

Stop by the Peotone Market On Main on Main St to support our FFA members and their SAEs! We have a bunch of different items and will only continue to grow this summer with all of our member offerings. It’s a beautiful night and we’re here on Main St until 8PM with countless other vendors.

What an amazing accomplishment for the Peotone FFA chapter! We are so proud to support such an amazing group of students and advisors.

National Chapter Award results have been announced. We are so excited to share that our chapter was named a National Finalist, ranking among the top 10% of chapters in the state!

Our application received a Gold Ranking while being named the Section 10 Premier Chapter and the winner of all 3 individual areas of the National Chapter Award. A special shoutout to our 2025-2026 Leadership Team for the countless hours they put into making this application the best it could be to showcase all of the amazing activities our members lead and complete!

We would like to say thank you to everyone who supported this years auction. From the individuals and businesses who generously donated, to the students who helped assist all day long, and the community who showed up and bid on all of the wonderful items. Year after year we are blown away with the results.
A big congratulations to our beef and pork raffle winners - Jim R, Nick S, and Genevieve M. This was the first time we have done a raffle for this and it couldn’t have been possible without the support of Schmaedeke Farms and Benjamin Farms.
We are looking forward to watching all of the Chapters success in 2026 and can’t wait for next years auction!
