Tonight was another reminder of just how incredible this community is. 💙 I wish I took more pics.

Thank you to everyone who came out to support us tonight at Round 2. Whether you stopped in for dinner, shared the event, ordered take out, wore your Live Like Cam gear, or simply showed up…thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Every event like this helps us continue honoring Cam’s legacy through scholarships, community support, awareness, and giving back in the ways he would’ve loved. Seeing so many familiar faces and so much support means more than we can ever fully put into words.

We truly could not do this without all of you. Thank you for continuing to stand beside our family and helping Cameron’s legacy live on. 💙🪽

One of the most meaningful parts of Live Like Cam is being able to support hardworking students in Cameron’s honor. 💙

Last week, we had the opportunity to present THREE scholarships at Potosi School District, a place that holds so many memories for our family. Potosi is where Cam first started school, attending Pre-K here years ago.

To now come back and honor students in his name is emotional in ways that are hard to put into words.

What people don’t always see behind these scholarship presentations is the family standing behind them. Cameron’s brother, William, has not missed a single scholarship presentation. Quietly showing up, honoring his brother, and helping keep Cameron’s legacy alive.

Moments like these remind us that Cam’s impact continues to live on through others.

Congratulations again to these deserving students. We cannot wait to see where life takes you.

Join us on Saturday, June 6th for the Live Like Cam Kid’s Day at O’Leary’s Lake Recreational Area during Wisconsin’s Free Fishing Weekend! 💙

We’ll be there running the kids games and have LOTS of fun prizes for the kiddos! Each child will also receive a FREE Live Like Cam cinch sack to hold all their goodies. 🎁🐟

We’ll also have:

🎨 Face painting
🏰 Bounce houses
🍔 Food & refreshments

At the beginning of May, we had the opportunity to present two Live Like Cam scholarships at the high school Cameron graduated from in 2020. 💙

Walking the halls of Western Dubuque High School again and being able to honor Cam’s legacy in a place that meant so much to him was incredibly special for our family❤️🖤

May is Motorcycle Awareness Month 🏍️

We will continue advocating for motorcycle safety, awareness, and safer roads in Cameron’s honor.

Cam was more than a motorcycle rider. He was a son, brother, grandson, friend, outdoorsman, mentor, and someone who truly lived life to the fullest. His life mattered deeply, and so does every person riding beside you on the road.

We are not traffic engineers, and we are not the ones designing roadway changes. We leave those decisions to the experts. But we will continue using our voice to raise awareness, ask hard questions, and advocate for change when lives continue to be impacted.

One distracted or careless moment can change countless lives forever.

Please slow down.
Please stay alert.
Please look twice for motorcycles.

Tonight was especially meaningful as we returned to Comet Nation, the school where I graduated. 💙

This evening, through Live Like Cam, we had the honor of presenting a scholarship to Emily Retallick. From reading her application and learning more about her, she reminded us so much of Cameron through her strong work ethic, determination, and the way she carries herself.

To Live Like Cam means showing up, working hard, helping others, and living with heart and Emily truly reflected those qualities.

Watching Cam’s legacy continue to impact students in the very halls where part of my own story began is something incredibly special. What started from heartbreak continues to grow into something that gives opportunity and encouragement to others. 🪽

🏍️ May is Motorcycle Awareness Month 🧡

Every motorcycle rider is someone’s son, friend, uncle, sibling, or person. 💙

As more motorcycles return to the roads this season, we encourage everyone to stay alert, slow down, and look twice, especially at intersections.

In Wisconsin, hundreds of motorcycle crashes happen each year, impacting families and communities across our state. Through Live Like Cam, we continue to raise awareness in memory of Cameron and all riders whose lives were cut too short.

Motorcycle safety starts with all of us.

Last night we had the honor of presenting two Live Like Cam scholarships …one at Hempstead High School and one at Senior High School. 💙

Unfortunately, both ceremonies were held at the same time, making it impossible for us to attend both. We are incredibly grateful for one of our board members and one of Cam’s good friends for stepping in to represent Live Like Cam and present on our behalf. It means so much to have people in our corner who continue helping us carry Cam’s legacy forward.

Seeing the Live Like Cam Scholarship listed among so many long-standing scholarships and memorial awards was truly emotional. What started from heartbreak is now creating opportunities for students to chase their dreams, work hard, and build meaningful futures….just like Cam did every day.

Congratulations to all of the recipients last night. We are honored to be a small part of your journey and cannot wait to see where life takes you. 💙
