Thank you to Youthsleftbehind Corp for inviting us to the YLB Relocation Resource Day! 🙌

This wonderful community event provided resources to 103 youth and 98 parents, distributing over 200 meals to the community.

14 of the 57 participants are being awarded this opportunity through funding from Escambia Children’s Trust.

Students will take the stage at Carnegie Hall as part of the National Youth Choir Festival, representing our community on one of the most prestigious stages in the world. 🎤✨

For many families, access to programs like these can be life-changing. ECT is proud to help remove barriers and create opportunities that allow children to discover their talents, reach their potential, and experience moments they will carry with them for a lifetime.

As we prepare for summer programming, knowledge and awareness are key to keeping children safe.

ECT's Alma Ellis recently partnered with the City of Pensacola Parks and Recreation department to provide training on human trafficking, including warning signs to look for, risk factors impacting youth, and ways trusted adults can help identify and respond to potential concerns.

By equipping program staff and community partners with the tools to recognize signs that may go unnoticed, we can work together to create safer environments for children and families throughout the summer and beyond.
