Light in the Darkness: Healthy Start Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support

Light in the Darkness: Healthy Start Pregnancy & Infant Loss Support This page seeks to be a resource for families who have suffered a loss, be it 12 weeks or 12 months

Healthy Start seeks to provide support and resources to pregnant women and families of infants in Escambia County. We provide one-on-one parenting support through our Home Visiting service, linking to community resources through Connect, and seek to decrease infant mortality through the work of the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review. Healthy Start recognizes that there are many families in the area

who are in need of support and do not have their child with them anymore. As a branch of the Fetal and Infant Mortality Review, Healthy Start seeks to provide bereavement resources to families.
