C’est mieux d’être fermé que de travailler contre les intérêts du peuple et contre nos convictions d’assister les autres.

WORKERS HEALING

The purpose of this section of Telimele Charity is to promote economic development, peace, justice and prosperity for all.

We invite government officials, corporate owners, charity holders and the general public to understand that economic development, social stability, political comfort, cultural promotion… cannot stand longer by keeping workers down to their knees.

Ignoring workers right and needs are a contribution that will always shape a dark and unknown future for nations waiting to rise or to fall.

Telimele Charity is a totally independent service which focuses include international relief, foreign affairs and national security.

Our organization is here to help, we need your support.

Part 2:

EMPLOYERS V. WORKERS

The strategy that use to ground workers risks to stir it, greedily, to a marvelous profit often ignore that workers are the one who are amputated, traumatized, discriminated, insulted, r***d, columned, underpaid, over used, denied benefit, lay-down, bullied… for profits.

In making goals to be achieved, Employers and their Associates, don’t think about the negative impacts of their needs on workers and their family.

More the dreams to be achieved are big more the budget tightened, living workers to compensate the reckless, irresponsible and greedy behaviors of their Employer and Associates. The unnecessary parts of this dramatics jokes are not only manipulated with worthless rewards but with menace, humiliation, politics and comedy.

Workers tragedies always start when Employers mix promises with lies about benefits, privileges and better pay. Bigger the Employers imaginations are about better and rewarding days, less Workers trusts are respected. Some reward are just another leash to help Employers to hold tight their Workers.

A hungry, weak, stressed, traumatized, unhappy… Workers can only provide less, poor, unsustainable… products and services.

To increase benefit and to control Workers it is not unusual for Employers to unofficially and unlawfully use competition between Workers based on their gender, origin, skin color, language barriers, handicap, privileges, incomes… This kind of political strategies is also responsible for the increase of unsafe environment that encourage unpredictable event with deadly consequences in the work place and the outside of the employment area.

The use of migrant against citizens or citizens against migrants, individuals against communities or communities against individuals, communities against communities are very dangerous for community members, individuals, parents companies, government officials, government’s deals, for law enforcement, for peace builders, for innocent’s people and their relatives, inside and outside the community and the country.

Part 3:

SOCIAL SERVICES V. WORKERS

The influence of social services in Workers life are not always legally intended.

Some tax exempt entities are no less than investigators, hired abusers, social restructures, sources of stress, trouble… for Workers and their relatives.

Incapable of saying no to their donor illegal needs, these kinds of socials services collect information and involve themselves in painful separation, children removal, family devastation, criminal accusations… of workers and their relatives.

These organizations use workers friends, family members, neighbors, children schools… to bring frustration, fabricated legal actions, harassment… to destroy workers environment. Their negatives actions compromise Workers records, Workers Social abilities, Workers health, Workers freedom and life.

Some use their tax exempt status to mold underprivileged citizens and migrants to feed them in to their related companies. In the resulted, Workers are intentionally keep in a prolonged sufferance for years. Their complaint for unsafe work environment, abuses, harassment, discrimination, low pay, nonpayment for their overtimes… are used against them as lazy, difficult and non-cooperative Workers. These Workers insertion in the society are compromised. Their spouses, children and or other relatives are exposed to extreme hardship, their application for social help are neglected… These Workers find themselves and their families in social exclusion forcing them in to drogue use, prostitution, separation, violence, hospital, nursing homes, jail, deportation…

Misrepresentation can be a result of retaliation against Workers and their relatives.

Migrants Workers information are collected through these kind of charities and used by companies, organizations, individuals… for fake investment, looting, human trafficking, corruption, wars, retaliation…

The consequences of these type of behaviors are not only promoting and maintaining hardship for individuals but are also bringing wars mongers, environment destruction, rising epidemics, dictatorship, genocide of peaceful people...

Migrants Workers and their family member’s efforts, needs and qualifications are undervalued.

Language barriers are used to take advantage of Migrants Workers ability, experiences, right and privileges.

Been Migrants Workers is considered by Employers and Coworkers as a reason for work abuse, low pay, mockery, bulling, accusation, punishment, difficult task, discrimination, job lay-down …

For most Employers, Government include, Workers with foreign accent is considered as a less human with super human abilities. This class of Workers and their family’s right are far less than many household pet.
How can having accent or foreign background be interpreted as stupid, ignorant and worthless?

When Migrants and their family find themselves in different community they always have to make painful and irreversible adjustment to get some basic life.

Employers know how to take endless advantage from Migrants Workers and their relatives with less salary for great expectation. In this situation, Migrants Workers are left or obligated to do some of their coworkers and Employers jobs without any increase in salary and recognition. Some Migrants Workers are not allowed to have any break without facing sanctions, disciplines, harassment, wrongful terminations…

In desperation many Migrants Workers, their family and friends are subject to sexual abuse and other reprehensible behaviors they can’t afford to report.

Just to work honestly, pay their taxes, pay their bills and take care of their family, Migrants Workers and their relatives are forced to live with anger, remorse, psychological traumas… These invisible wounds are long lasting, complicated and difficult to heal as most of the Migrants Workers and their relatives blame themselves for not been able to do anything to defend their honors, their dignity and their human right. But the mix feeling about their Employers retaliations powers and the humiliating nature of the abuse that can be a source of disgrace, financial difficulties, employment restrictions, social rejection… discourage many Migrants Workers.

In some situation, Migrants Workers and their relatives are easily targeted by ordinary peoples or officials for extortion, conspiracy, violence, sexual abuse…

Migrant’s Workers and their family are in the first site for job compression, economic hardship, separation, divorce less access to education and training, … These are due to job discrimination, income apartheid, social isolation, judicial harassment, housing segregation, restriction of right and privileges.

Thank You,

Souleymane Bah

Merci,

Notice Regarding USCIS Centralized Filing for Waivers of Inadmissibility

Since June 4, 2012, individuals outside the U.S. who have been found inadmissible for certain visas by a U.S. consular officer and seek to waive an inadmissibility ground should no longer apply for a waiver at their foreign location, but should file requests directly to U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) by mailing the application to a USCIS Lockbox facility in the United States. This change only affects situations where individuals outside the U.S., who have been found inadmissible for an immigrant visa or a nonimmigrant K or V visa, must file their waiver applications. These waiver applications are adjudicated at the USCIS Nebraska Service Center (NSC).
The change affects filings for:
Form I-601, Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility,
Form I-212, Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal (if filed together with a Form I-601), and
Form I-290B, Notice of Appeal or Motion (if filed after a denial of a Form I-601 or Form I-212 by the NSC).
Individuals in Mexico who seek to file a waiver application continue to have the option to file with the local USCIS Field Office in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico, in addition to the Lockbox, during a transition period until Dec. 4, 2012. However, those who choose to file their waiver applications at the Lockbox will experience certain advantages, such as:
Faster filing: Applicants can file a waiver application immediately after the consular interview. An applicant who files with the Lockbox does not need to wait for an appointment at a USCIS Field Office to file the waiver application and will not need to travel to the USCIS office.
Shorter processing time: The NSC’s goal is to process the waiver applications within 3 months.
Ability to track the progress of an application: Applicants who file waiver applications through the Lockbox can view the progress of their application online. This service is not available to applicants who file their waiver applications at USCIS international field offices.
