Zom-B13 The Zom-B13 zombie response team. It first made its debut at the Pendleton Dress-Up parade in 2016. Our Tagline/Phrase:
“Have you seen any zombies lately? No?

Zom-B13: Zombie Outbreak Mobile Battalion #13

A car project born from boredom became more than just an attraction in Pendleton, Oregon. Its helped families and children of all ages have a different kind of fun from the "Old West" theme of town. Zom-B13 has aided families struggling for the holidays, helped at-risk youth with safe and healthy activities, and has set out to accomplish much more as time goes on. Thank you all for joining me on this little adventure of mine. It went from being *just* a black car to a bad ass Zombie Outbreak Response Vehicle squadron/battalion that continues to keep the community safe from the zombie threat. September 2020 we added a Tactical Response Vehicle, a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder that we call "ZombieFinder". December 2024 saw the retirement of the original Zombie First Responder, the 1998 Oldsmobile Aurora, due to a blown head gasket. June 2025 began a new chapter as a new vehicle, a 2008 Ford Mustang, joined the battalion. This would begin to tell our story as a division of the fabled Umbrella Corporation. Well then you’re welcome.”

Awards:
*Won 2nd Place in the Automotive Category in the 2017 Pendleton Round-Up Dress Up Parade.

*Won 1st Place Judges Choice in the Automotive Category in the 2019 Pendleton 4th of July Parade.

*Won 1st Place in the Automotive Category in the 2019 Pendleton Round-Up Dress Up Parade.

*Won 1st Place in the Automotive Category in the 2021 Pendleton Round-Up Dress Up Parade.

*Won Best 90's Vehicle in the 2022 Cruisin' for Scholarships Car Show.

*Won 2nd Place Judges Choice in the Automotive Category in the 2022 Pendleton 4th of July Parade.

*Won 1st Place Peoples Choice in the Gambler Category in the 2022 Hermiston Cool Rides Car Show.

*Won 1st Place Motorized Category in the 2023 Pendleton 4th of July Parade.

We've had a few inquiries in our DM's asking about our annual "Zom-B13 Gives Back" event as we usually start accepting nominations around this time.

It's still happening, but going a little different this year. It's going a more private route. Employment changes affect real life as most know and understand. So, this year's event is simply being handled differently.

Next year it will likely return to its normal routine. This year, it's just a little more..... personal.

This does not affect our Zombie Claus event, whom is expected to be waking up soon ;)

Things are about to get a little spookier at the Echo Corn Maze… 🎃🕷️ We are SO excited to officially announce our Haunted Maze Nights for the 2026 season!

Mark your calendars for October 17th, 24th & 31st from 7–9 PM and get ready to brave the maze after dark! 😈🌽🔦

And on October 17th, we’re kicking things off with ZOM-B13 and crew joining us for an extra spooky night! 👻

Grab your friends, bring your courage, and come see if you can make it through the maze… in the dark. 😱

Next year we are planning on doing a pop-up booth to sell our shirts. Depending on overall interest and how well they sell, it could lead to something more.

So, if buying our shirts in person is better than looking through our online store, then you've got something to look forward to next year :)

Lesson learned everyone! Livestream camera should be in a fixed spot, GoPro should be the one getting moved around ;) Or at least the livestream camera operator should only be concentrating on that and nothing more 😅

All in all though, we had a great time! Thanks for joining us, Pendleton!
