Today, we had the opportunity to represent the South Florida Operating Engineers Apprenticeship & Training Program, Local 487 at the career fair at Royal Palm Beach Community High School.

It was a privilege to meet so many students who are exploring their future careers and to share the opportunities available through a union apprenticeship. A career as an Operating Engineer offers world-class training, family-sustaining wages, excellent benefits, and the chance to build the infrastructure that keeps our communities moving.

Thank you to Royal Palm Beach Community High School for inviting us and allowing us to introduce the next generation to the skilled trades. We look forward to welcoming future apprentices into our program and continuing to build a stronger workforce.

Train with the best. Build the future. Union Strong.
