We went 2-1 in pool play to put us in the Gold bracket today. We lost our gold match in three sets...24 to 26, 25 to 23, 15 to 17. That's about as close as you can get it and not come away with the win. Extremely proud of the hard work the girls put into today's matches. We will all sleep good tonight!!

We were excited to get back on the court today. With the weather delays and rescheduling of dates, it feels like forever since our last tournament. We did really well for still not having 100% of our players on the court and players playing different positions due to injuries. We started the day in 16th place and won our bracket to finish in 9th place. So proud of our girls and how much they have grown so far this season.

Practice is in full swing at Uplift! Getting ready for our first official tournament in two weeks.

There is nothing better than getting to know this talented group of players and watching them master their rotations. The growth we’re already seeing is exciting.

But if you ask us our favorite part of the day? It’s definitely our devotional time at the end of practice. 📖✨ Hearing the girls read Scripture and participate in discussions on how we can bring glory to God through our hard work is so inspiring. We are so grateful for what He is doing in the hearts of our players and coaches!

Had a great time today. Scrimmaged some pretty good power teams today and finished 3-3 out of 6 sets. We have some things that we can work on before our first tournamnet but the girls are learning to play together. Love this group of young ladies.
