Safe Haven Animal Rescue Effort in Pawnee City, Nebraska

Safe Haven Animal Rescue Effort in Pawnee City, Nebraska S.H.A.R.E is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization that is formed by volunteers focused on the welfare of ALL animals.

S.H.A.R.E's focus is the welfare of animals not limited to any species. Animals are included to but not limited to dogs, cats, horses and reptiles. We are currently operating as a "rescue" (people that volunteer to foster animals) until we can get a shelter built. The abandoned animals S.H.A.R.E rescues will have the chance to find their owners within 7 days. After that, they will be taken to the

vet for care and put up for adoption. The adoption process is very thorough so we can place the animals in a safe, suitable fur ever homes. No animal will leave the shelter until it is spayed or neutered. In the event an animal is not adopted out; it will live out its life in comfort and love from S.H.A.R.E's volunteers at the “future” shelter. No animal will be euthanized unless deemed medically necessary by a veterinarian.
