Good afternoon,
Our Camp is looking for a chord of wood. If anyone has seasoned wood that they would be able to donate to pass or give us a good price, that would be great. All donations are tax deductible.

Good evening to everyone,

We are about a week away from our next work party at camp. As a reminder, it will be this Saturday from 9 to 3. We have work for both youth and adults. Hoping to get a lot accomplished this day. The following is what we will be looking at doing:

1. Applying a coat of kills, and then painting the kitchen. Color to be determined.

2. Cleaning the ceiling fans.(will need a tall ladder.)

3. Doing a good GI cleaning of the kitchen.

4. Doing a good G.I. cleaning of the latrine area.

5. Cleaning out the gutters

6. Replacing the exit light in the upper loft.

7. Cut around the fireplace pavilion.(looking for someone who has a machine and is able to do this).

8. Removing the tables that are in the rafters in the cabin.

9. Remove thin mattresses from the cabin.

10. Install metal shielding on sides of kitchen stove.

11. Clean up basement.

12. Work on clearing campsites in preparation for our fall and winter camping season 

13. Replace motor for shallow well.

14. Install rails on bunks.

15. Cutting back of some trees around Camp.

16. Work on mower.

17. Install holder for brooms.

Not all items listed above, will be able to be done, but they will continue to be on the list until completed.

Please plan on coming out and supporting us on Saturday. More hands make quick work of what needs to be done..

Today was a great day at camp. We got a lot accomplished at our work party..

Many thanks to all who were able to attend!!

If you were unable to attend today, don’t worry, we will be having another work party in October.

Pruners, battery powered hedge trimmers, w**d wackers, mowers, rakes, ladder, etc.

Bring gloves and Bug Spray..

Jobs for the scouts and adults..

Lunch will be provided
