We are an IRS recognized public charity as described in section 509 (a) (1) of the IRS Code and a 501(C) 3 tax exempt organization which is guided by a local Board of Directors composed of local civic and community leaders. As such we are authorized to receive tax-deductible donations for grant distributions to worthy and needy applicants, usually, but not absolutely restricted to other 501(C)3 or

ganizations, which in the Board of Directors' judgment best fit the stated purposes of the Foundation.
