South Texas Area Facilitators-STAF Formed in 1996 by a small group of local facilitators, STAF began as a grassroots networking initiative with just six members.

Since then, it has grown to a robust group of 14 dedicated professionals united by a common goal: Safety!

The 2025 STAF Conference is off to an excellent start.
Day 1 concluded with impactful presentations from distinguished speakers whose insights and experiences left a lasting impression on all in attendance, followed up by a great happy hour for networking. Day 2 will commence at today 7:00 a.m., and we look forward to welcoming participants for another day of valuable learning and engagement.
