HUGE THANKS to our Lake Shore Pasadena community, Cookies Kitchen, Gunther Charters And Tours, The Rumor Meal, and so many others for their support and helping us have a voice! Special thanks to Councilman Nathan Volke for paving the way with the County Council for a 7-0 victory on the amendments to keep the golf center property zoned as-is.

NEXT UP: The remainder of the hearings for the other areas in the Region 4 plan will continue, with the final bill, including the amendments to protect Lake Shore, being passed by the Council and signed by County Executive Pittman in late July.

Pasadena for the WIN tonight! Council votes 7-0 to reject the rezoning of the Golf Center Property and to change the land use destinations back. Thank you to all who turned out to stop the rezoning, More in depth update and thank you’s tomorrow.

Happy Friday! Three days till the May 20th Council hearing on the golf course rezoning. A few dedicated members of our Pasadena community have been working hard the last few months and developed a binder full of information supporting why the property should not be rezoned, along with over 100 letter that we collected to oppose the rezonning. Theses binders were delivered to the Council earlier this week for their review prior to Mondays meeting. Hope to see you in Annapolis Monday night!
