Show Pony Midway will celebrate its fifth anniversary with a community birthday party and fundraiser on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at the shop located at 295 E Main Street in Midway. Shop hours are 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with the anniversary party taking place from 12:30 to 4:00 p.m.

The celebration marks a meaningful milestone for Show Pony: five years of curated consignment, personal style, and community connection in the heart of Midway. It is also the shop’s first anniversary party since founder Sandra Perala Platt sold the business to Debbie Anderson, who is carrying Show Pony into its next chapter. Both Sandra and Debbie will be in attendance, along with Brandie and Carol, to celebrate the women, customers, consignors, and community members who have shaped the Show Pony story.

A portion of sales from the day will be donated to Peace House. Peace House Executive Director Kendra Wyckoff will make brief remarks during the event.

We are rounding out our volunteer appreciation month by highlighting our events volunteers. From greeting guests, managing registration, handling setup and teardown, guiding attendees, to assisting with food and beverage distribution, volunteers are an immense support to our mission-centered events!

Peace House offers free, short-term childcare for children when clients and survivors need a safe place to turn. Whether you need time to rest, attend an appointment, or manage an emergency, our respite volunteers provide care, comfort, and peace of mind.

Our weekly food delivery support volunteers help provide groceries, ready-made meals and home essentials to individuals living on our campus. These volunteers are an immense help to our advocate team each week!

Thank you to the National Charity League (NCL) for gathering community support for Peace House! NCL had a donation drive at the Park City Walmart on Saturday, May 16th and collected clothing, food, household goods, and shoes from weekend shoppers.
