PC READS Reading Conference Grants support the organization’s goal of advocacy and support for instruction to be based on the Science of Reading. Apply for the opportunity to attend a national Reading Conference throughout the United States. Grants generally include the following expenses: conference registration, transportation and hotel. Meet Kelli Sandman-Hurley, founder of the Dyslexic Training Institute and a renowned national speaker, advocate, and author of three books: Dyslexic Advocate!, Dyslexia & Spelling, and The Adult Side of Dyslexia. Registration is free and includes breakfast, a complimentary book, and an invitation to "Drinks with Dyslexics" on May 8. Educators will receive 2 USBE licensing renewal hours.
