Rest in Peace MOAA life Member Capt Jim Lovell. Naval Academy Class of 1952. Test pilot. Record-setting astronaut. Apollo 13 commander.

Here is a great interview with him on Science Friday.

The late James Lovell was commander of the ill-fated Apollo 13 mission. In 1995, he recounted the story of the real-life space drama.
