Equipping Fireflies Equipping Fireflies exists to equip and encourage leaders and parents to reach children for Jesus. If we are going to be effective, we must understand them.

Our goal is to equip and encourage leaders who work with Generation Alpha (children born 2010-2024), who now populate our Kid's Ministry. And if we are going to reach them, we must know how to communicate the gospel clearly. Our message must always remain the same, but if we don't make adjustments to our methodology, catering to their unique characteristics and needs, we risk losing an entire generation. We must restore our relevance, their belief and their parent's trust.
