Unfortunately since the gov is shutdown HQMC is only able to officially send 3 Marines to conduct JT’s funeral detail. I’m assuming to fold the flag and present.
-
It would mean a lot to his family and fellow Marines if we could gather enough Marines to fill out the rifle detail and bugler to perform taps.
-
I am requesting any local Marines, maybe from 1/23, another reserve unit or recruiters IVO Amarillo, TX, who are able and would be willing to help send our brother off, to please roger up.

The funeral is this Saturday October 25, 11am at St. John’s Baptist Church in Amarillo.
