☀️ Our Lovely Weekends at Startup House

We believe that true coliving is about more than just sharing a space — it’s about sharing experiences.

Recently, residents of our Moreno house were invited to Lin and John Kunz’s home for a cozy evening filled with homemade German pancakes and great company.

Weekends like this are an essential part of life at Startup House. From intimate dinners to themed gatherings and group outings, we love creating moments that bring our community closer together.

We also value deep immersion in the local environment. For many of our residents — especially those new to the area — these experiences offer a sense of belonging, cultural connection, and the kind of support that makes settling in feel natural.

Recently, Startup House brought together leaders from the AI and Real Estate industries for an exclusive AI in Real Estate event in the heart of San Francisco. The energy was incredible!

We connected the Startup House community with the best practices shaping the industry - and it wasn’t just about insights—it was about the experience!

⚡️One of the day’s highlights was the Newo.ai AI agent presentation by Dr. David Yang, who demonstrated how SMBs are actively adopting AI Employees to manage all communication channels and increase revenue.
The setup is fast and simple—in fact, the Startup House founder Vlad Kuznetsov created an AI employee in just 2 minutes and had a hilarious conversation that got the whole room laughing!
