October's menu is here! Swipe to see the delicious meals we are serving this month - and the fun activities we have set up for everyone who dines with us!

Loneliness in aging populations contributes to so many health and social issues - older adults suffering from loneliness live in depression, are not checked in on, and can experience declines at a much faster rate than those surrounded by community and friends. This is what we do here at La Comida. We provide seniors with nutritional, delicious meals AND a community, so seniors never have to suffer alone.
