Kids for the Community Our mission is to help children be a part of the community through volunteering, helping other organizations, helping families in need and having fun!

💙 Youth nonproft created for socialization and volunteering. 💛 Where Kindness Meets Friendship and Fun. 🌟 Helping kids grow, friendships flourish, and communities thrive!❣️ Kids for the Community started off as a small volunteering group of wonderful kids. Since then, we have done several projects and events to help other organizations, we host regular clean-up events, work on projects for seniors, host toy drives, coat drives, and many more for families in need, our Annual Heroes Day picnic event, as well as many other events. We are always welcoming new kids and parents to join us!

We are happy to be collecting toys! We have a box here at Wild Thingz! Thank you for your consideration! Your donation can make all the difference in a child's holiday! There is a address on the box were you can mail donation if you feel more comfortable!

🎅🏼 A few years ago we hosted a Christmas party for the kids. We did a potluck for parents to bring different kinds of foods. We held a gift exchange for every kid that was attending and matched up with another kid for gifts. We would love to host this again this year!

🤔 Parents, this is just food for thought at this time, but, before we look into a location to host, I’d like to see how many would be interested. We would need some volunteers to bring food, snack, drinks, etc.. and we would also love to hold another gift exchange. Thoughts of hosting again, and thoughts of the location if we do host it? It would have to be on a Monday through Thursday evening. Comment or send a message on what you’re thinking.

❣️Join us October 21st 6-8 Pm at the Palmerton Ambulance building for our community Resource fair. Help can sometimes be at your fingertips and you don’t know how to achieve it. From financial burdens, to education, to socialization and beyond. Come find out what these organizations have to offer. Come see where you can help get involved. Below are just some of the organizations we plan to have. And please don’t forget to share for those that may be interested!
‼️We will also have donation bins set up to donate toys for Cacpac’s toy drive, food for the local food pantry and coats for our warmth for winter drive.
