FIRST SESSION 5:15 ROOKIES-INTERMEDIATES
SECOND SESSION 6:30
NOVICE-HIGH SCHOOLERS
COME PREPARED
MUST BRING WRESTLING SHOES, RUNNING SHOES( DOSEN'T HAVE TO BE A RUNNING SHOE BUT NOT SANDLES , MUST BE ABLE TO RUN IN THEM, WE DONT WANT YOU RUNNING OUTSIDE IN YOUR WRESTLING SHOES) AND BRING WATER.

ATTENTION all YOUNGBLOOD WRESTLERS. Tis the season , the time is here, Practice starts this Tuesday 2/18/2020 .
First session will be all rookies to intermediates .
Second session will be all novices to high schoolers.
We will adjust according to size/weight and ability .
Must have wrestling shoes and running shoes (we dont want you wearing your wrestling shoes outside to run in, thank you)
Also bring water. See you at practice!!
