A month ago, Jaylen's Day introduced this community to a fitness fanatic with a big dream. Today, we want to say thank you.

After surgery to remove a brain tumor, Jaylen found strength through fitness, and with bodybuilder and creator Joseph Baena alongside him, that strength became the foundation for his content creator journey. Along the way, Joseph gave Jaylen a gift he won't forget: a bodybuilding encyclopedia signed by his dad, Arnold Schwarzenegger.

None of this momentum would have been possible without everyone who followed, watched, and shared along the way. Thank you for being part of Jaylen's story. There's more to come.

An Ariana Grande concert. Disneyland. Avengers Campus. Olivia's celebration brought all three to life.

After months of unexplained stomach pain, Olivia was diagnosed with Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome and Nutcracker Syndrome, enduring major surgery, a second surgery just 14 days later, and 31 days in the hospital. Even through all of that, she kept competing in fencing, earning two Junior Gold Medals.

Kids Wish Network sent Olivia and her mom to an Ariana Grande concert and Disneyland, with a trip to Universal Orlando still ahead.

Since Jaylen's Day launched last month, has kept posting. After surgery to remove a brain tumor, fitness gave Jaylen his path back to strength, and now it's helping shape his dream of becoming a content creator.

Nelson can't verbalize his thoughts in words, but his spirit speaks in its own beautiful way.

Diagnosed with epilepsy before his first birthday, and later with tuberous sclerosis and cerebral palsy, Nelson continues speech and food therapies every day. His family describes him as active, joyful, and incredibly sweet – he loves sensory toys, fresh air, and time on the trampoline and swings.

Kids Wish Network gave Nelson an Amazon gift card chosen around his needs and preferences, and Morgan's Wonderland donated tickets for a day built around what brings him comfort and joy.

Every step forward matters for Nelson, and his family is celebrating each one.

Kaylee's very first concert was an Ariana Grande sold-out show – in Ariana's own hometown.

After years of dizzy spells, headaches, and unexplained illness, Kaylee was diagnosed with Bilateral Granulomatous Anterior Uveitis, a rare inflammatory condition. Through it all, her love of music never wavered.

Kids Wish Network sent Kaylee and her mom to Florida for the Eternal Sunshine Tour, with airfare, hotel, and tickets covered – and a LEGOLAND New York trip still on the horizon thanks to Merlin's Magic Wand.

Disney World. Universal Orlando. LEGOLAND. Elani's family found out all three are ahead.

Born at just 29 weeks after a uterine rupture, Elani spent her first year in the NICU, was intubated for four months, and later needed CPR at home before doctors discovered panhypopituitarism, a rare hormone condition. Today she manages 17 medications and a G-tube, but her joyful spirit hasn't wavered.

The news was revealed during a special dinner at Texas Roadhouse, where staff surprised Elani and her family with the celebration.

Derrick loves living in his own bright cartoon world.

Diagnosed before birth with hydrocephalus and living with epilepsy, Derrick has faced no shortage of medical challenges. Yet his imagination and joyful spirit never wavered — he's especially drawn to the Octonauts, Mickey and friends, and Poppy and Branch from Trolls.

Kids Wish Network gave Derrick a gift card to build a bigger world of comfort and happiness, letting him choose the puppets, stuffed animals, and Octonaut-themed treasures he loves most.

A normal Monday karate class became something Boston will never forget.

Boston has faced congenital tongue tie, was deaf for the first six months of his life, endured four eye surgeries and two open-heart surgeries, and lives with a genetic condition called KAT6B. Despite it all, his love for sports, LEGO, and Pokémon shines through every day.

Kids Wish Network gave Boston a One4All gift card, letting him choose exactly what brings him joy. So far that's meant a trip to Dave & Buster's and his third Build-A-Bear creation, with a LEGOLAND trip still ahead thanks to Merlin's Magic Wand.
